It is the cleanest facility I have ever been in, no pervasive urine odors. Spaces for group activities are abundant and welcoming. Mom can go outside in huge trees and fenced back yard with a paved walking path! Staff is kind and caring, there are regular checkups throughout the day, they frequently stop by to remind residents of pending activities and encourage them to attend. Caring nurses and aides have tended to mom on days she isn't feeling well. They are well organized and staff seems to be working with each other as a whole. Communication is easy and they are responsive. Repairs are made in a timely fashion and regular housekeeping is excellent. The food is beyond delicious! Food quality is excellent, it's prepared well, and is served hot with hot coffee. Coffee and other meals for occasional days when you can't make your meal seating time are available in the café. The main dining room meals are designed around the meals that residents in this demographic are familiar with, and substitutes are always available.
