They do housekeeping maybe weekly, but I do notice that often her room isn't super clean. It's average, but I notice crumbs and other little messes. Communication with the family is a bit lacking, but it's gotten better. They just got a new Executive Director, so I know she's still settling in. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting her yet. Mom has been here a little over three months and I just got a letter about a rate increase. I know from touring other places during our search that there are places that cost less. So we'll have to see how that goes. I will say, they do give mom a lot of attention here. There are a few aides that even go out of their way for her.
