They have many core staff members that have been there for the entire time (and longer) that my mother has been in their care. The current Executive Director has been in her current position longer than any other ED at this facility and has all of the staff and residents concerns at heart. The consistency, the cleanliness, the care, the food are all at the highest benchmarks in the industry. They also engage the residents in many activities from group exercises to arts and crafts to singalongs.
