Haven Care Better Than H
My experience with a Haven Care placement for my mother was completely positive. She received personalized care in a home-like environment with dedicated caretakers. The small number of residents was an attractive feature to me, offering fellowship in a small friendly group, instead of getting lost in the busy flow of a large facility. The quality of care and overall atmosphere was impressive. The caretakers were competent and seemed completely unflappable. Their exceptional calm was noteworthy. Besides, they were always gentle and kind to my mother. The value for Haven Care services provided in comparison to other options in the area was very attractive. Haven Care management was consistently responsive and helpful to me in every way possible.

Excellent memory care home
There is nothing bad I can say about Haven Care. My Mother is living at another of their houses - they are both
fantastic. We were fortunate to find them and be able to place my mom. They are indeed specialists in memory care
and handle everything with skill and caring. Everyone who visits my mom is overwhelmed with the house, which is beautiful, and the care she receives. No one thought she would make the transition, but she is doing well.
There is a seamless communication between the doctor,
caregivers, managers and family to solve problems. They keep the residents involved and redirected in a controlled
environment. We are blessed and grateful.

Residents are very happy and alert. Good feel to facilities. Homes are very clean and pleasant with nice outdoor spaces. Attention given to every detail from lawn to inside. Family provides room furnishings. Services - Assistance with Medications and Personal Care - Care Plans designed for each resident - RN on Staff - Staff Ratio 1:5 - Planned Daily activities - Licensed massage therapist every other week - Licensed Hairdresser every 6 weeks comes to residences (met Rose Gabaldon - highly recommended by fellow Sandians).
