They check with us for everything. They are very accommodating. If he wants something else, they will find it for him. They have plenty of activities but at 97 if you don't go get him, he won't engage. I've noticed that the Director of activities sometimes doesn't have the patience with my father-in-law. He's been grinding his teeth and it's annoying. I know that and I continually ask him to stop. I bought lollipops so that seems to help so she needs to make sure she brings them with him and have him please do the activities. I don't want him sitting in his room alone. When I'm there, I'll make sure he's there and I joined them.\n\n It's extremely expensive. He had to go in memory care and he needs help with bathroom issues. That added to the cost [fee removed] and now we play over [fee removed]. He definitely is running out of money and I'm so afraid he will not have enough until he passes. I pray every day that we don't have to take him out of there. He is finally settled and it's a great place for him to be. I hope we can make arrangements for him to stay.
