Great Place
I’ve been here almost 3 months and have to say it has been a great experience. The staff works extra hard to make sure you feel welcome. And so do the residents. I have met so many great people and had so much fun experiencing the different activities.
The apartments are spacious and the food is good. It’s so nice not to have to worry about the maintenance of a house.

Great Place

Great place if it wasn't for the food
The food is ridiculous here. They will get a good cook and then they fire them . If it wasn't for the inconsistency of the cooking and the cooks changing every other week it would a great place to eat at. The food is the biggest problem with the cooks changing all the time .

What I like the most about The Mansions at Gwinnett Park is the staff. The staff team working here are great, they are very friendly and helpful. The other residents that live here are very friendly as well. I would recommend this community to other families based on my experience so far.

Changes in services that impact residents and families
In general, the staff is very nice. However, the staff doesn't return calls. There are no nursing services available to use a la carte for Independent Living. The all around nursing care changed (Med providers changed). They don't have anyone on contract that currently supports sharing of services for medication distribution. We were sold on this. We were also advised of a Podiatrist on site every other month and that doesn't exist right now either. There is a lack of transportation support, transportation was one of the reasons we chose this facility. As far as the food, it's good but my loved one is picky. When he's ordered a specific sandwich for his taste, the staff has given it to another resident.

It was okay. it was a long hallway and the dining room was way in the back. They did not have too many activities rooms. The location was in a busy area, so safety wise it was not a safe area for walking.

A very nice community
The friendliness of the staff at The Mansions at Gwinnett Park really stood out to us, right when we walked in we knew the was the place for our loved one we just got that good feeling. It has been such a great experience so far and we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Mansions at Gwinnett for my parents
The Staff at The Mansions at Gwinnett are all first class, friendly and extremely hospitable. My parents moved in together. It's only been a couple of months but so far they seem to like it. We are all still busy with moving their things out of their former home and prepping it for sale. This is a saddening experience for all of us but there is peace and comfort in knowing they are well taken care of at The Mansions while we go through this process.

My experience has been great so far, The Mansions is awesome. The staff are awesome, amazing, polite and very friendly. The community is kept very clean, the means and dining and the activities are great and the value for cost is fair.

Very modern, very upbeat community
This is Independent living so in our building there are no care services provided. They do have an assisted living building that provides those services if needed. There are also separate condos for residents to live in. Some activities they have are bingo, an arts and crafts room. They bring in entertainers once a week. We have trivia every other week. Sometimes they even bring in a trivia specialist to do trivia with us. We have poker night. They even have jewelry sales where we can buy/make our own jewelry. There is also a club house with a pool.
Before COVID we used to have happy hour where all the residents could socialize. Now they are doing traveling happy hour where the staff comes around with a cart that you could get a drink from.
The food is not great, it started out being really good but then the chef got fired and it went down hill. We just got a new chef to help make improvements. Other than the closet space, the rooms are great. My first bedroom had a Juliet balcony, where you could open up the balcony doors and look out, but were not able to step out. Other apartments have a full walk out balcony. They do have full kitchens in side that include a stove/oven, microwave, sink and refrigerator.
