Thanks to all the staff at the Mansion
I think mom like the activities more than anything. She never got out of her chair when she was living at home. Except for the usual. Having my mom stay at the Mansion, really gave me a piece of mind. The care and the activities that they gave her, left a smile on her face when I watched from afar. I just wish I had gotten her in there sooner.

Thanks to all the staff at the Mansion

I would say that it is a nice community. They have a lot of staff turnover but I think the industry is experiencing that as a whole. I feel comfortable with my dad there. I know staff will call with problems or questions. I would recommend it to others.

Just what we needed
We love it! Staff is amazing and helpful. Honestly, they were one of the first to respond to me. On a holiday. We were really in a crunch to get him in somewhere. Then [name removed] was amazing and made everything quick and easy. It was also not as expensive as other places. Plus located in a place easy for my sister and I both to get to.

No one here cares
I wish I could leave zero stars. The new manager here is HORRIBLE, my mother might as well stay at home alone and save her money. I have mentioned my concerns to the manager on several occasions, I have emailed her and left messages, there is no follow through, at this point, we have decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Amazing staff
What sticks out most about The Mansion at Gwinnett Park is the friendliness of the staff. All of the help is really there for me when I need them and I appreciate that.
I also really like all of the activities that they have. They keep the residents up and doing stuff and encourage them to get involved in what is going on rather than just sitting in their rooms.
I would and already have recommended The Mansions to others that I know.

THE MEDICATE YOUR LOVED ONES, SO THEY DON'T NEED TO CARE FOR THEM
This is the worst place and I am ashamed that I even put my 91 year old mother there. She was admitted on Sunday to the hospital due to vomiting up blood and was given an adovan from the staff to keep her sedated and unaware so they could just continue chatting on their cell phones and not working. They claimed she was agitated and did not bother to check to see why, except to try to quiet her, like they do to the other residents. I have walked by residents who reak of urine and feces and they just let them walk by. It is horrific! My mother has had a few rashes due to lack of hygeine assistance that WE PAY for and they just would rather treat them like filth under their shoe than an actual person. My mother was so ill we are still in the hospital and likely will be in for another 4-5 days. We even had a CNA there at the Mansion Assisted to help her 5 hours a day for 5 days a week and I was recenlty informed by her that they mishandled my mom.

I chose The Mansions because it was a place that had more of a homey feeling to it rather than feeling institutional. The room size is perfect for what I need and would be good for a man and wife as well. It is a great value for the money compared to others that I looked into. I would recommend them to others.

We chose The Mansions at Gwinnett Park because of the friendliness of the staff members when we came to tour. The room sizes at the facility are pretty good. They do have a physical therapist on site which has been very helpful. I would absolutely recommend to other families looking.

Best Place Ever
My Dad resides at The Mansions at Gwinnett Park Assisted Living and Memory Care.
From the time he awakes, until he goes to bed at night,
he has many Activities to choose from
that keeps him active and on the go. This Community is the greatest! The atmosphere is very friendly and upbeat.
and the Staff is always there to help. And they spoil my

Highest Form of Gratitude and Praise for The Mansions at Gwinnett Park Assisted LIving
My mom was one of the first residents to move into this beautiful community. However, it is not the beauty that was the primary draw to this community, it is the team/caring staff that presents each and every day to care for my mother as if she were a member of their family. In a sense, she is. From the conceirge service, chefs prepared meals each day to the wonderful director [name removed] and activities director, [name removed]. This has not been an easy transition with Covid, however, they make everyday for my mother, and I am sure other residents, feel that this world is just as it was, uninterrupted and peaceful, by giving them so much attention. My mother loves being a resident here and I could not be more thankful for the constant updates and newsletters advising all residents families on any changes in the community. How can I rate you a 5 when you are a perfect 10! Thank you!

Would stop doing what they were doing to assist the residents, especially the Director. You could see and feel the love from them.

Our father was a resident of The Mansions at Gwinnett Park for only a short time. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff provided our family with exemplary support, communication, and responsiveness. While the pandemic caused critical restrictions to be implemented, we were confident that he was cared for with skill, respect, and compassion, up until the day of his passing.

My husband was a resident of The Mansions of Gwinnett Park Memory Care. I would highly recommend them because the staff there went above & beyond to care for him & see that our families needs were met during his final days. We were able to see him by Face Time when his time was short & everyone was not able to get there in time. They were very caring during our time of need.

I can’t thank the staff there enough for going above & beyond for me & our children during his last days.
