well-run, quality facility. It was an especially great if the resident can walk or can transfer from wheelchair on their own. Our challenge: the memory center did not allow Hoyer lifts. When a Hoyer lift became necessary, our loved one (who was in Hospice) was given a 30 day notice to leave. Even though Hospice would supply the Hoyer lift, Arbor Terrace would not allow it. So we had to move a 91-year old Alzheimer’s patient within 30 days. \nArbor Terrace is a beautiful facility, and can be a great place to live. It unfortunately didn’t work out that way for us.
