It needs changed every 3-4 days. I went after 3 days and changed It. They said they would get a dr's order to do It, but didn't. When I picked him up on the 10th day, he still had the one on that I put on and was coming loose. Also, I was told if I pick him up before 11 am I wouldn't get charged for the day. A month later I got a bill for that last day. When I called they said that regardless I was charged for the day I picked him up. But because I was told otherwise, they didn't charge me. To start, they were on lockdown for Covid this last weekend and I wasn't notified. I only found out because my loved one called me upset and worried about it. Staff turnover is an ongoing issue here. If you can find someone to help when needed, they're great. But they are definitely short staffed. Communication isn't good. If I call, the phone sometimes rings and no one ever answers. Most times when I visit, there's no one at the front desk to let me into the facility. Waiting 30 minutes outside trying to get in to visit is a pretty regular occurrence. This place sure has changed over the last few years.
