Of course there's things at times that could be a little different but all I have to do is ask. They always listen, and correct it if needed. From the therapy to the staff, my mom from what I observe, all the residents are treated like they're at home. The location is clean and well maintained. I see safety is followed and from all the facilities I looked at before, my mom has her own place and it is well maintained and kept up. She has her own place, not just a room with a bed and chair, but it's like a small home. We are able to bring in items from home to make her feel comfortable. The food is very good and the service they serve it is like a good restaurant.
