There was some lack of communication that I think could be an area to improve upon but overall it was a positive experience. It was a nice place that worked for my mom. She was able to live independently with things like preparing food and doing laundry and cleaning taken off her plate. The staff was friendly and caring and did their best to make it a comfortable place for my mom. When she got sicker and she needed more help, they were able to assist her while still allowing her independence and dignity.
