Cleanliness of facility is most liked. Value for the money least liked. Unfortunately they did not provide hospice care so we had to move him. Would recommend if the patient is able to be somewhat remote on their own. My dad was in memory care and it seemed better that he was able to move on his own. Would not really recommend if patient is in a wheel chair.

A caring senior living community ... my mother is quite happy there.
The facility and staff is always very prompt, helpful and polite. My mom started off as independent living and has recently been moved up to personal care.
My mom's room is a nice size and she has a lovely view which the deer and fox and all sorts of wildlife roam outside of her window.
I would absolutely recommend Spring Mill Pointe to others looking.

A wonderful and caring community for a loved one in need!!
Spring Mill Pointe is a wonderful community. It is very clean, and updated. The staff members are great. There is a comfort level knowing that my dad is well and taken care of. I have and will recommend this community to any one who needs to place anyone in a memory care facility.

A place where happiness where resides
My moms happy with everything at Spring Mill Pointe, she keeps busy! I would like to tell others how easy they are to work with. The value for what you get in return; the friendliness of the staff, they're all really buttoned up. It's a small community, I would highly recommend this location. Out of 7 communities we toured, we chose this one. Spring Mill is a nonprofit organization, so that was appealing. I would also like to give extra kudos to their meals. My mom is very happy with them and my sister has taken a few meals with her for different reasons. The food has been quite good which is key because the residents are eating 3 meals a day everyday.

Welcoming, Friendly Place
This is a really good place. It is a smaller community and the staff are friendly. The hardest part that my loved one has, is that the residents are a little older than my loved one expected to be with.
The building is two stories, the independent living is on the second floor. All the services are on the first floor.
They have chef prepared meals that are served three times a day in the dining room, on the patio, or delivery to the resident's room.
There is weekly housekeeping, basic cable and internet, the room, and utilities are included in the monthly fee.
The community has transportation for the residents to go to the store or other nearby locations if needed.

I Would Recommend the Place
The place is nice. The staff are friendly and nice. My loved one is very happy here. Anytime there has been an issue they have addressed it very quickly. They are understaffed like everyone else currently. They are doing a good job at caring for my loved one.
They are options for meals for the residents.
The staff to staff communication could be improved.

A Sense of Comfort
Overall very well. The communication from the leadership to the family members is lacking. It would be nice to see more phone calls each week or every other week with status updates on our loved ones, or even an email.
They had a trivia game going on and a singing game when I visited. I was very impressed with the fact they had age appropriate music for the residents.

Active and Supportive Community
After living in Bucks county for the past 20 years, I made the decision to seek a more supportive living environment. I am a social person and thankfully, in great health, so I wanted to find a community that had opportunities to be active, while at the same time I could feel supported and cared for. Not only does Spring Mill Pointe check those boxes, it is also situated in a truly beautiful setting, and is staffed by incredibly kind and friendly people.
I moved to Spring Mill Pointe in February of 2020, so I was barely here for a month when COVID-19 changed all of our lives. It is such a comfort to know that I don’t have to worry about going to a grocery store or visiting a doctor’s office or even a hair salon. I am deeply grateful to have found a home where my comfort, and health are important to me. I am thankful full that no residents have contracted the virus. This is evident that Spring Mill Pointe is truly a safe place to live.
At this stage in my life, I can’t imagine a better place to live than Spring Mill Pointe!

Don't Think Twice, Sign-Up
I have already recommended this to community to friends. My brother was extremely picky due to him being a physician about the community we were to put my loved one.
The cleanliness is amazing. We were able to sample the food and it was very good.
The room sizes, guest areas, the staff were wonderful.

Your Parents Would be Very Happy Here
It would be a great choice. The people are very caring, along with a caring environment. The activities include: trips to the mall, bingo, religious services, choir, music, and entertainment coming in.

Scheduled a tour, but the person I set it up with was not there. A facility person took me around but couldn't answer any of my questions. Front desk person wasnt very pleasant either.

Everything is going fine!!
My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff are all friendly and have made sure to accommodate her needs to the best of there ability. She has had no problems about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities with the other residents from time to time. Overall we are pleased and would recommend it to anyone.
