Her situation was exacerbated by a pre-existing, inherited neuromuscular disease, so she needed 24/7 care for both physical and mental health issues. The moment I pulled up to Spring Grove, nestled in the woods and surrounded by trees and flower gardens, I knew this beautiful facility was special and different; from friendly Reception, to knowledgeable Admissions guiding me through the entire process, including private caregivers and Hospice, to a caring, and accessible Executive Team, along with a dedicated, compassionate and communicative Nurses. Recreation is always doing something lively and fun to engage the residents, the food is great and the facility is always clean and welcoming, no odors. Convenient on-site access to various medical services, laundry and a hair salon. Any issues were always quickly addressed and we could not have had a better experience.
