This place is Fabulous!
I came to do the flu clinic here at Whippany. I knew some of the staff and families prior to coming for the clinic.
As a healthcare professional the staff our extremely professional, kind to the residents and knew each resident.

Building is amazing!
I am here every week as a hospice provider and someone who holds themselves to high standards. Everyone here is great. working with [name removed] the Lpn is incredible. she has an eye for everything. she know all the residents and cares deeply .Head to toe staff all the staff are phenomenal

Friendly Staff and Spotless Community
I have a friend who lives at Arden Courts in Whippany. She has lived here for almost a year and I am so impressed with this community. The moment you walk thru the door, your’re greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Then as you enter the facility it is spotless. The care she receives is exceptional. The residents are free to wander throughout the community. I am so glad that my friend is safe and secure and most important happy.
Thank you Arden Courts for making her new home “a home”.

Friendly Staff
I have spent some time at Arden courts Whippany. The building is beautiful and designed for someone with memory loss. The courtyards are large and allow for the residents to freely move around which is so important.
The staff are very outgoing and friendly and really care for those they serve. Keep up the great work!

Happy with my choice
Everybody always friendly and helpful. Place spotless! Wife is happy here so that makes me happy. Relieved she is in a safe place, and freedom to walk around. The courtyards are perfect! She loves to garden .

We choose this place
We choose this place because they are 100% memory care. He has freedom of movement which we live. The care level is sufficient.. The care gives are they have patience and they care. The location is close for myself and sister. The staff know who I am both professional and caregivers. I love that’s all inclusive.

Great Place for Memory Care!
So happy my family member is here. She is safe and engaged with activities. The staff treat her nice, and they know how to calm her if she is upset. So happy that the staff have training on how to work with people with dementia. We love the courtyards.

Wonderful Experience
I was surprised with how I was greeted upon arrival, they made me feel at home, the upkeep & maintenance was constantly roaming around the facility making sure all was running well.
The best encounter was seeing how the kitchen was beautiful looked brand new.

What a Wonderful Place!
Arden Curts is such a cozy place! The staff are wonderful and the residents are all loved by everyone there! From the moment you walk in, everyone feels like family from the receptionist to the caregivers and everyone in between. My loved one doesn’t need the opulence, all she needs is the comfort of home, and Arden Courts has become that!

Top Care for My Ill Grandmother
My grandmother recently moved in here about 5 months ago. Around the same time I actually moved to the same town, and am now a minute away. I visit my grandmother about 3 times a week, and every visit I am first greeted with smiles in the front office by their administrators. Once entering the facility it is more smiles and kindness. I can tell the workers there truly care about my grandmother/ other residents and provide top care for them. Between throwing on different activities for the residents and allowing me to bring my Puppy, I would definitely recommend the Arden Courts to anybody who needs this kind of care.

My sister was her for a few months. Loved the staff, very pleasant, helpful caregivers. My sister loved the food. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The neighborhoods were set up for visiting which we liked.

Very professional and sensitive to the situation. Always attentive. Nursing care is first class.
I would recommend it to anyone. They truly care for their patients. Clean all over. Small ratio of nurses to patients. Safe area outside for parking.

Going Downhill
I have seen a change in the facility in the past year. It seems understaffed with high turnover. The residents seem more dirty and there is often an odor of dirty diapers when I visit. They’re left alone by themselves when they are fall risks and the ones that are low functioning are left alone sitting in chairs, all day it seems, with no stimulation or quality of life. The food quality has really suffered as well and they get a few graham crackers for a snack. I was also visiting and the executive Director was fighting/yelling with the nurse [name removed] very unprofessional. My advice would be to seek another place and take a look at the people that live there currently do they look healthy? Are they underweight? Do they look like they fall down a lot and have bruising on their arms and faces? I think they’re trying very hard to post fake positive reviews here and on Google so I wanted to tell the truth about what I’ve seen there.

Do not recommend
I would tell others to look at other places.
Just a few flaws:
No mobility in activities all sitting
No transportation available to go to drs appts
Short staffed
Activities are mediocre
No real diversity
Do not engage the resident
Stage the visit
Raised price
No social worker or psychologists
Hard to phone anyone
