An unexpected journey for our family, but our entire experience over the last four months with the very caring staff at Morningside House has been very positive and reassuring…From our first meeting with [name removed], who was so very kind-hearted, understanding, informative, and made certain that the transition process for our dear parents into Morningside House was as smooth as possible for them, and for us children.
Every administrative and staff member at Morningside House has been so pleasant, kind, patient, and helpful…And each of them do everything with the most beautiful smiles and kindest hearts!
Each resident is encouraged to participate in the many fun activities, and it’s especially joyful when musicians visit Morning House to entertain! You can see the big smiles of each resident, and feel their joy and happiness…And the residents singing along with the entertainers is so precious, fun, and uplifting!
So Many Heartfelt Thanks to All the Wonderful Staff at Morningside House!

Transition
This life that we are on is a journey. Our journey for my mom brought us to this little gem called Morningside House of St. Charles. Transition is difficult, but the staff made everything so easy for this transition. Everyone we met was pleasant and ready to assist. I would like to personally give a shout out to [name removed]. for being real and giving great insight to best and worst case scenarios during the enrollment process. Although [name removed]was doing her job, she greeted the family with a true spirit of love and warmth. I know we made the right decision for mom to be a resident at Morningside.

Wonderful experience so far!!!
My 96-year-old Mom has been at Morningside for 3 weeks and we have been extremely happy with the staff, location, and care that Mom has received. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door!! There are many activities for those who want to join in. My husband and I have joined in on the Thursday night Bingo (to sit with Mom and help her feel comfortable meeting new people). We play and have fun with the other participants and now they tell us that we are their lucky charms!!! Visiting often and participating with family members is welcomed there and we definitely take advantage of that opportunity!!

My mother went into assisted living [date removed]. She was hesitant at 95 going away from family. They found a resident who was about my mother physical and mental state to be here buddy and show her around. They have remained best friends for 18 months.

Starting of a New Journey
My brother-in-law just moved in yesterday so a review of his care I can't provide, but our experience in coming to the decision to put him at Mourningside House at St. Charles can be mentioned. The Sales representative, was my first contact with them and I liked her from the beginning. She was always there to answer all our questions. She is very personable and genuinely
caring. I hope the rest of the staff will be that way to as my brother-in-law begins this new stage of his life at Morningside House at St. Charles.

Visited Morningside House last week. Very warm welcoming feel to the place! [name removed] was our guide and she, too, is warm and welcoming. Facilities were impressive. Residents we saw were busy and engaged. Nice and clean. Nice dining area, menu looked like a variety of good options. [name removed] engaged my mom, which was lovely. Many forget or don’t bother addressing her. We walked away with the feeling that this would be a great choice for mom! Kudos to [name removed]!

My parents have been here for about a month and their are very much enjoying it. The staff is fantastic-friendly, responsive and helpful. The meals care delicious and nutrition, I feel confident in the care they are receiving and that they are been well cared for and safe.

My Experience with Morningside House of St. Charles
I am happy to write a review for Morningside House of St. Charles because it is a warm and friendly community. It is well staffed and efficiently run. The residents were eager to welcome my 95 year old mother when she arrived. They openly tried to make her feel comfortable coming into the facility. The staff is professional but also warm and caring. I am so pleased that I was referred to this facility. I toured six and I chose this one. It is always clean and they don't isolate the residents with Dementia from the other residents. They keep them involved with each other. I would highly recommend Morhingside House of St Charles.
