The staff was exceptional in taking my family and I on a tour of the facility and explaining all of the services that are provided. I was pleased with the facility, the services, and the staff. My loved one has been in place for the last 3 month and has adjusted well. No matter what position staffing holds, they are all very pleasant and attentive. The facility is clean and well maintained. Housekeeping empties the trash in the residents rooms daily and cleans their rooms weekly. Laundry is completed (if selected) weekly. The room sizes are adequate for one person. I had read on previous reviews that the rooms were small, however, I find the rooms are adequate for the resident as long as you don’t over furnish. The food is phenomenal!! I am very pleased with all of my interactions at The Charleston and think the fees are reasonable and practical for the services obtained.
