This infuriated me and since I complained to the Program Director, it has not been a problem again. As an advocate to a loved one, you just have to visit often to ensure everything is being done properly, but this goes for all facilities for seniors. Her bedroom is kept very clean and the facility is the same. Mom seems to like the food, but the snacks are too carb/bread heavy. The activities are pretty good and lots of music.
