Make Sure they provide Written guarantee they will Provide the service you need before moving in
We are not happy with some of their services or lack there of. It is the assisted living services that they said they would provide to our loved one once they moved in, however when they moved in they could no longer do those tings. We give it a 1 since that service (helping with medication) is the reason we moved our loved one there. Our loved one does like it there and it is much better than our loved ones previous community

Overpromised, underdelivered
We are very disappointed with them. We moved her here for assisted living al a carte services and they have not supplied her with any. They promised a lot of things that they have not followed through with, they told us they don't provide those services anymore once she moved in. I do not get any response from the staff when I reach out about these concerns. She does love the community, people, food and activities. But as far as the services and care go, we are very disappointed with them. I would only recommend this facility if your loved one is more independent.

Very secure, well appointed, flexible, with a lot of amenities. Just a bit too formal and not homey enough for our taste.

This was a beautiful assisted living community and I was impressed with the staff as they took their time showing me around, there are a lot of amenities for the residents to pick from, it would have been a nice fit for my wife. I would recommend coming here and taking their tour.

Tips for evaluating your community options

Safety is a primary concern when seniors and their families look for Assisted Living. To ensure that a community meets your needs and expectations, we recommend that seniors and family members:

  • Know California’s regulations for memory care. Each state has its own laws and inspection processes to ensure seniors reside in a safe environment. Depending on your state, you may even be able to look up inspection reports for the communities you’re considering. Learn more about California’s regulations for memory care and download the Guide to Senior Living Licensure and Inspection Reports.

  • Tour the location. Touring allows you to speak to current residents and staff, and it helps you confirm the accuracy of the community description and photos. Use our touring checklist to help guide your visit.

  • Confirm the availability of required services. Before committing, make sure that the community offers all the services your loved one needs, and that those services can be provided within your budget.
