They just got a new activities director and she is AMAZING!!!

Grandmaw feels at home
We were looking for a place for Grandmaw and found it with Jubilee Hills. David made us feel comfortable with our family’s decision and It goes beyond the initial decision. When Grandmaw had some health issues [name removed] and his staff was right there to take care of all our needs. Beautiful home with nice people
We would recommend it. Our family there likes it overall. My family complains about the food. Also, I think some miscommunication in care needs happened in beginning but has improved. We picked this community because it was closer to us and the apartment was large with plenty of natural light...and closets.

My review of Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville
What stood out to me was how clean it was compared to the other facilities I toured. When I went in both sides (Memory Care and AL) had residents out and about with smiles on their faces, dressed, and clean. It did not smell like dirty diapers, it had a clean smell. They do several activities daily and trips. They do offer housekeeping. They keep the rooms clean. My loved one does not like her clothes dried. She wants them hung to dry, they even accommodated her in doing this. The staff has always been attentive and caring. Any issues I have had, have been resolved in a timely manner and they ask to make sure I am happy. They genuinely care about the families they have. I would recommend them to others!

Review for Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville
Our whole family was so pleased with Jubilee Hills and Adoration Hospice. All the staff exceeded all expectations. The faculty was always spotless and there was a genuine clean freshness. Even our grandson said. This just smells normal. The entire staff was the best. My husbands passing was made easiest as possible for us. He was valued and comforted by everyone like no previous placement. I've heard of people who prefer Jubilee Hills even if it's not where their friends were close. Their monthly fee is all inclusive through care levels and all incontinence products are included.

The appearance was good on a first visit and stood out to us. Staff are friendly. Cost was some lower than another we liked at. Staff is a mix. Everyone has trouble keeping good help. Some staff are great. Some are mediocre. They do offer activities. My parent there is not interested in those so I have no experience with them to share. They do provide housekeeping on a once per week cleaning. It is mostly good. Carpet needs a shampooing. My parent has gotten it dirty. It appeared clean when first arrived. Overall, I do recommend them. I realize perfection is only a concept and not a reality so anything can always be better, but this establishment is pretty good I think.

Would not recommend!
Our family had an awful experience and I will never recommend them. The director is a sales person....will promise the moon and stars and then turn on you after papers are signed. The director does not answer emails....told us everything from computer problems, serve problems, etc.

Joyful and Bliss
We visited many other places and the excellence of Jubilee Hills just really stuck out to us. The staff go above and beyond and are always on the ball and take the extra time to care. We like that the common areas and even the rooms have larger areas to congregate. I would definitely recommend Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville to other families.

My Overall Thoughts - Really Good
Jubilee Hills was great. We had no complaints at all. They really took care of my dad very well and gave him individualized attention. Their staff-to-patient ratio was really good. He always got the attention that he needed, was never neglected, and was always well taken car of. It was a beautiful facility. All of the staff were always really friendly, very kind to us, and always willing to answer our questions. I really appreciate all they did for him.

Tour of Jubilee Hills
I toured Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville and it was a very nice & new facility.
I didn't see much resident artwork or things like that being displayed. I didn't like that because I like to see that they are being engaged in activities when it's put up and shown. The main reason why we didn't choose it was because there was no availability for a private room.

This is the place to be!
I have had my loved one at Jubilee since [date removed]. We moved mom from a different facility and we are SO glad we did! The facility is clean and the staff are wonderful. They take such good care of mom. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
