I was unable to evaluate the laundry service. I came every week to 3 days to gather up her clothes to wash and bring back. Housekeeping was there every day cleaning in the morning. The place was clean in my experience. Moms bed linen was clean. They always called me if she fell or there was any other incident. She was well supervised Their billing was a little bit hard to understand, but they just went from one system to another last year. I would suggest that any new family visit weekly and get to know the care givers.
