All of our family says it's beautiful and that the staff is always glowing and friendly. The Sales and Marketing Manager that we've been working with has just been wonderful. The Business Office has been good, as well. We've had some issues with the Home Office as far as billing. For two months, they auto drafted more than they were supposed to for rent fees, which sent my loved one into somewhat of a panic. The first time, they refunded it to him. The second time, they credited it to his next month's rent. I think that's been resolved, I hope so! What stood out to us initially at this facility, was our tour/tour guide. She was very bubbly and truly seemed interested in hosting the tour and providing us with information. She was very genuine and was greeted by several residents during the tour who seemed to really enjoy her. They also accept VA Aid and Attendance here, which is very helpful for us! That has kicked in, but before it did they were great about working with us and our budget. My loved one has been very happy with the food. They also offer a good variety of activities and he enjoys them. Communication with the family has been good. Overall, I think we made a really good choice. It's been a great experience so far.
