Not everything is perfect of course since they are still not at capacity and in the middle of signing on new clients for the first time and hiring more staff as more clients sign on, but overall they are doing a wonderful job of taking care of my mom in the assisted living division. The facility is brand new and has a beautiful elegant aesthetic with tasteful whimsical décor on the walls and a pleasant scent in the air. She especially enjoys the high quality food served 3 times a day and the fact she can exercise safely by just using her rollator to walk around the hallway on her floor. She also enjoys having some of her medical care come to her in her apartment. The Director of Residence Life is excellent. He is very warm and friendly and always knocking on doors trying to get each resident involved in the community events and activities. My mom has stopped driving so she appreciates that they help her arrange for some of her rides that she needs to get to her appointments and activities outside of the building. Her main activity before moving into Watermark was hosting a weekly Bible study group in her home and now Watermark has helped her continue this in a common room at Watermark.
