We are really impressed with all of the attendants (example, told them that she liked peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and within 15 minutes she had one for her lunch). The rooms are always clean and a very nice size.

Best part: the informative and pleasant sales director, [name removed].
Unfortunately, the population seemed very dependent and impaired with too few independent residents. The 2 bedroom apt we toured was well designed and would have met our needs.
The food reminded me of cafeteria fare.

Ivy Park Mission Viejo
My trustee, client has lived here for two years, she loves this place. The food is good, and they staff is kind, considerate, and very accommodating. In an emergency, in seconds, they are there calling EMTs also, [name removed] the General Manager is by far the nicest kindest person I’ve ever met. He truly loves the residence and takes excellent care.

Ivy Park, Mission Viejo Ca is EXCELLENT!
Mom is THRIVING at Ivy Park Mission Viejo ! I visit her regularly and other family members visit Mom daily. I am always very welcomed when I arrive and delighted to see how happy Mom is with all the social activities, entertainment, and excellent staff who treat her like their own Mom or grandmother! Ivy Park is immaculately clean with updated furnishings a beautiful outdoor patio and fresh flowers everywhere!
Mom’s apt. beautiful and cleaned weekly by the best housekeeping staff ! She loves everyone who assists with all she needs .
Mom has lived here for 18mo. and we would not have her anywhere else!

Beautiful Facility For Assisted Living
The facility is lovely and the food is excellent.
There are no outside bus trips that I know of except for Wednesday lunch at various restaurants.
The main problem is that the staff sometimes say things will happen and they don't happen and we get charged for things that don't happen
Please be aware that this facility definitely caters to those individuals without any cognitive impairment.

An Amazing Place!
I am very impressed with Ivy Park Mission Viejo. I toured multiple communities to find the right place for my in-laws. My mother-in law has dementia and my father-in-law is in decline, but still pretty clear. This review is for the memory-care building.
While touring I was impressed by how the staff was engaging the residents and there were very few people sitting in their rooms. I quickly learned that this is what happens there all day - every day and this is NOT what happens at other communities.
My in-laws were welcomed in like family. They now live in a beautiful suite where they can be together.
Per my father-in-law, the food is very tasty. There are urns of both plain and fruit infused water out and available for residents to have 24/7.
They have a great doctor that comes to Ivy Park and they bring service like lab work, imaging and PT to reduce the need for residents to have to go elsewhere.
Finally... the staff. You'll never find a more caring group of people.
