However the staff members are all really nice. We dealt with [name removed] who is not there anymore in the beginning and she was very helpful and thoroughly explained the process to us which we appreciated. The meals are really good. We love the birthday celebrations they have each month for the residents, we also like the nice holiday parties and dinners they put on. They were very encouraging to the families to come and enjoy the holiday parties and dinner - they sent invites over email and gave the families ample time to respond back.
