My mother in law takes no meds, is fully ambulatory and mostly in her right mind. Extra care is based on a point system which is really low for us.\n\nThere seems to be a disconnect between the Corp office and staff with the billing. Might be growing pains? When medical care was necessary, it was provided swiftly and carefully. Also, costs are reasonable when compared to other facilities in Eugene. If your family member isn't safe at home anymore, and you can't be there for whatever reason, this is the place for them.
