The Wellington at Arapaho currently offers 18 floor plan options to choose from, which include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. All units feature wall-to-wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and wheelchair-accessible bathrooms equipped with grab bars and walk-in showers.</p> <p>The independent living apartments include full-sized appliances in the kitchen, while the assisted living neighborhood features lovely kitchenettes. Select units include beautiful granite countertops and a private patio or balcony area as well, so you can enjoy the fresh air without leaving the apartment.</p> <p>The Wellington at Arapaho also offers short-term and respite stays for those recovering from surgery or those who simply want to check out what life is like at the community before making a long-term commitment. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s.
