The Legacy at Noel Manor is committed to person centered care for our residents with dementia or high level needs who need closer care. We understand that their basic human needs of loving care, comfort, respect, security, and spirituality are just as important as their medical and physical needs.
Every day is another chance to participate in activities that are creative, meaningful and stimulate the senses. Opportunities abound for personal joy and successes. The Legacy consists of 32 apartments, with its own common area, dining room, lounge area, and outdoor patio. Our naturally lit and private studio apartments are located in a secure building.

Had the health of our loved one not dramatically changed during the transportation to the Legacy the score would be higher. Shortly after arriving our loved one became bed ridden and and in almost constant pain, more than Legacy was equipped to handle. They staff was very kind and caring but the situation became more needs for pain than they could provide unfortunately. That then lead to them recommending hospice care. For the activities, not really applicable since our loved one became bed ridden. I was hoping that the bowling ball I saw on our initial tour would be a source of enjoyment but that unfortunately never happened.

The staff seems very nice when we are there, but communication is a bit limited. We are in new an unknown territory and are looking to the facility for more updates and even recommendations to help the transition with my loved one.

We always try our best to communicate with families throughout the move-in process about ways to make the transition into our facility as smooth as possible since it is a huge change for most people and their families.
