They were particularly kind in her initial assessment and placement, not insisting on putting her into memory care, but instead putting her in an assisted living apartment, even though her Alzheimer’s is pretty advanced. It seemed that they took into consideration her intelligence and her general needs and emotions in having to adjust to being out of her home. They looked at her as an individual and not just a number on the mental testing score. \nLike many places it’s quite expensive and they charge for every small thing that is done.
