From the start, every single person working there has been kind, caring and compassionate. The facility is welcoming and the rooms are spacious. You can decorate as your loved one pleases, bringing keepsakes from home to help them feel more secure. The nurses are excellent and the aides are so patient and understanding with the needs of each resident. Family is encouraged to be a partner in the care of their loved one, and work with the staff to make the transition to the facility as worry-free and easy as possible for their loved one. A move to Memory Care is so difficult for both the resident and the family, but the support my Mom has received has been tremendous. Support for family members is also a priority at Symphony, and has been of great help for me. I feel very fortunate that we found Symphony, with the help of A Place For Mom. My Mom is safe and well cared for.
