I think the only thing I've had to keep in mind (which is to be expected at any busy facility) is to follow-up on various aspects of my mother's care. Each resident has individual, specific needs, but as stated above the staff is both conscientious and responsive. I'm thankful for the care my mother receives, and she tells me she's been very happy.
