They have little talks with her and they treat her like she is their mom. \nThe bathroom toilet seems to need cleaning and same with her bathroom floor. I haven't spoken to them yet about it, I usually wipe things down when I am there which is 3-4 times a week. The only other thing is the menu. It has a lot of fish every other day and somewhat repetitive. But I understand, it's healthier for them. Just my mom isn't a big fish eater. Special part is the floor staff mgr, med and care! Incredible people who genuinely care about residents! This place has VERY LITTLE floor turnover. Floor has staff posted in frames and I would say 90% retention. We are talking staff 12+ yes at Sunrise Springfield! Multiple visits weekly, room cam and Echo w family. Mom kept safe, cared for and at end, responded more to staff voices and requests than me! ?? Also at end, my brothers travelled in wanting to stay with Mom and the staff made them feel totally at home in her room. In the end, they truly shared our grief. The new floor manager Lacey just transferred from Vienna. She is making this floor even better!
