Kind and caring staff
StoryPoint Pickerington is such a wonderful facility. The Staff is so kind and caring. Residents make you feel comfortable and included. The facility is well-maintained. They supply help with giving residents medications as well as ordering them. Special events at the facility are enjoyed by all. You can trust them with your loved ones. Everyone is so friendly. Administrator, Receptionist, CNA’s, Maintenance Staff. Cafeteria Staff, Housekeeping, etc.

Home for Mom
We've had a wonderful experience so far at Storypoint. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the residents and staff create a warm, friendly atmosphere. They know and greet mom by name.
[name removed] is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares and [name removed] with New Residents, was instrumental from day one. She helped make our transition smooth and provided emotional support along the way. I love the apartment-style living spaces with personal balconies, which extend mom’s apartment outdoors. There are so many activities for her on and off the property-always something fun to do.

Moved Dad in last fall
The staff at Story Point is very helpful, nice and caring. The apartment is perfect for a single elderly man. It's so nice to not have to worry about Dad falling or not fixing himself food. Having all dads needs met in Story Point is a relief for my brother and I.

From the very moment I entered the building
It all started with a phone conversation that led to an invite to tour the facility. The moment I pulled up, I knew that this would be the perfect place for my mom. I was greeted as if I was not only just a visitor, but family, even a celebrity. There was warmth, and the staff and residents were full of life. I was given full attention, detailed, full answers to my questions. The feeling I experienced was genuine. My mother has been a thriving resident who has made friends and found her independence again. The staff is always helpful. There is nothing they wouldn't do for their residents. Storypoint saved my mother's life in more ways than they know. And I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place where I can rest assured my mother is in good hands.

My home for the last 5 years!
I have always felt safe here, which is very important. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant. For instance, when I needed a hospital bed after being in a rehab, the team went out of their way to get that for me during a difficult time.

This is home!

A Respite at StoryPoint Pickerington
Our experience with StoryPoint was very pleasant and enhanced by the friendly staff and family-type atmosphere, and the variety of indoor/outdoor venues, activities, events, outings and celebrations in which residents and their families may engage to meet their social, spiritual, physical, and mental well-being.
Even more impressive; 1). the StoryPoint staff involvement and interactions with the residents, 2).the safety features and maintenance of same for the residents' protection and 3). the Ambassadors of StoryPoint (seasoned and outgoing residents who assist new ones with transitions).
Unexpected, however, in keeping with Storypoint excellence was the initiation of therapeutic services during the respite and calls to assist and insure preparations for leaving were complete , including care providers and the transitioning of therapy services.
I really appreciate the invitation for Mother to return should the occasion arises to do so!

Absolutely Amazing!!!
StoryPoint Group is an excellent company to work for and therefore my husband & I wouldn’t want my mother-in-law [name removed] to live anywhere else.
I thought Mommy was an introvert until she moved to StoryPoint Pickerington with the help of [removed] Home Care last July. This move allowed her to maintain her independence with the help of [removed] Home Care on staff 24 hours a day.
Mommy is thriving in a safe and loving environment. My husband and I tell Mommy she has a more active social calendar than us. We enjoy spending time with Mommy, her neighbors and their families. Chef [name removed], [name removed] and the culinary team do an excellent job for special occasions, family celebrations and loving on her daily.

Need for better dinner choices for diabetic and people with allergies. I was having difficulty finding choices as I have an allergy to all grains, not gluten, something else. [name removed] & [name removed] worked together to improve the menu to where a diabetic has much better choices. Since diabetes is always problematic, its a real triumph for an institution to be attentive to their needs & still please everyone else.

I would highly recommend them. The facility and rooms are very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. She had been at another facility we were not impressed with. Storypoint was close to my house and we really liked it when we took the tour and saw how happy the residents seemed there.
