I live in one of the least expensive units but it is spacious, has crown molding, six panel doors, a washer dryer in the unit and floor to ceiling windows with shears. The kitchen is also very updated. The staff is friendly and kind. I am classified as \"independent living\" but after a recent surgery, nursing staff were available to checked on me and assisted with dressing changes. The only drawback I have to the facility is the cost. I believe the costs are inline with similar facilities. However, I was spoiled. I was admitted on a special. My monthly rent was $[removed]less per month for the first year. During that year everyone got a [removed]% increase in their rent. On my one year anniversary, my rent increased $[removed]. The facility is pet friendly and during my first year I got a dog. This was a one time charge of $[removed]and a monthly charge of $[removed]. As I said these costs are in line with other facilities, but have necessitated that I look at other, less expensive,independent senior apartments. I hope this has been helpful. I've recently been diagnosed with Cancer and will be starting immunotherapy.
