Wonderful Experience!
I have lived her 9 months now having transitional from independent living to assisted living. My apartment is spacious with a fall kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff provides me with my medication and other assistance. Lovely residents and attentive staff members!

StoryPoint and their staff have made an incredible impact on my mom and our family. StoryPoint and their Director, Leadership/ Support staff are caring individuals who make my mom feel cared about, cared for the special... they actually make me feel this way!! The overall faculties are well maintained and there are always special decorations during the year. My mom has enjoyed the food and has especially enjoys the activities staff who very special people.

Wonderful Community
This is a wonderful community with so many amenities to offer. I have a friend who lives in Independent living and I come have dinner and listen to live entertainment every Tuesday with her! Meals are great and the facility is always clean.

Quite pleased with StoryPoint Novi
Facility is well built and well maintained. Activity director is enthusiastic and does a good job. Food is ok. Servings are small but they willing give you more if you ask. Overall we are quite happy living at StoryPoint Novi.

new ownership improves community
They went through a change of ownership from Anthology to StoryPoint. When the acquisition started, the Anthology staff basically stopped working. We are getting better. Getting their room cleaned has been okay with the new owners, but we have high standards so we clean additionally. Main areas are always spotless. The newer staff is great--they have raised the pay rate so the employees are better. They are independent so I don't know about quality of care. The new chef is great! Super accommodating! They just let the activities person go and got a new one. The new one has already made so many great changes in the last three weeks. Again, with the new owners everything is improving, especially this. Because I have two parents there, it's actually inexpensive. However, I understand how it would be seen as expensive compared to value for cost. But I have faith in StoryPoint that they will make it a great value.

When it comes to the activities they mostly seem geared for children rather than adults with short term memory issues. What our family likes the most about StoryPoint Novi is the friendliness of the staff and we would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Beautiful Community
Toured the community a few weeks ago. Staff and residents were very friendly and the community was beautiful. The independent living apartment I looked at was very nice and spacious. I think my dad would really enjoy this community.

Amazing Staff
The team at StoryPoint Novi is truly wonderful. Everyone is so kind and caring for my mother. It's the little things that make a big difference like the dining staff having her favorite beverage ready at the table before she even sits or the care staff warming her towel before she gets out of the shower because they know how cold she gets. The Executive Director, Wellness Director, and Sales Director continuously go the extra mile as well.

Luxury Living With Great Staff
StoryPoint Novi is truly a beautiful community and in my opinion is the true definition of luxury senior living. My parents have lived at the community for two years and have loved their experience this far. The Executive Director and Wellness Director are kind, caring, responsive, and most importantly passionate about the work they do. They spend countless hours in the community ensuring their residents are taken care of and that speaks volumes to the quality of services they are providing. Front desk is always friendly and greets everyone with a smile. If you are looking for a top notch assisted living community for your loved one, this is the place to be!

Beautiful community with amazing staff!
I toured StoryPoint Novi and it was truly amazing! The community is beautiful and clean with great amenities. The food looked delicious and was presented nicely. One of my favorite spaces was the golf simulator my grandkids could use when they come to visit. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a high-end feel at an affordable price.

Wonderful Facility with Great Staff, Care, and Activities.
Everyone on staff is very friendly. The food service is understaffed Big Time so this is a challenge for both the server & the clients. Staff checks on him frequently, especially if he is late getting to meals (I am usually visiting- reason for lateness). Nurses/Aids very capable and friendly. Mix of male/female nursing/aid staff. Front Desk/Sales/Leadership Positions (Exec Dir/Activity Manager, etc) are really, really nice and know the residents by first names. The only problem is the lack of food staff. They need more servers. This area is really the only area that I would rate poorly. All other areas are excellent and far better than other facilities I have experienced. We have a few close friends we visit regularly in both independent & Assisted Living. Anthology of Novi is "Head & Shoulders" above these places. These residents get to pick from a menu. Lots of variety. This place is Outstanding for activities. There is always something going on. They have Wine Wednesdays/Friday Happy Hour. An outing twice a month. Lunch out once a week. Lots of "theme parties." I think Anthology of Novi is a little more expensive than others but well worth the value of what is offered and quality of care.
I really have been impressed.
(Anthology of Novi recently changed management companies. They are know being led by StoryPoint. They have had some change over in staff.)
