Many activities are limiting because of residents lack of ability to participate because of diminished vision, mobility and dexterity issues. The facility is very expensive and we are being assessed a price increase on [date removed]. Monthly rate for room, board and enhanced care is right at [fee removed] per month. There is a huge turnover of staff and residents. Mom has new health care aides every week. We pay for all supplies, meds, etc. They provide laundry service, yet we were assessed an additional [fee removed] last week.
