They try hard to understand their abilities & what presents challenges. Rooms (including bathrooms) are good sized & well suited adults. The dining room does a great job planning menus with both variety & nutrition. The activity staff & activities are amazing! Nursing & care staff are attentive and listen to the needs of residents & family members and address them as best as possible. The admin & reception staff are always kind + courteous. and address any problems. The facility maintenance guy works hard to keep everything in good working order and cleaning staff works daily to keep clean.
