I can always talk to her about any issue and she will try to resolve. Overall, the experience has been good. But like so many other health provider systems, it's hard for StoryPoint to have good consistent help both with caregiving and with food service. They are sometimes short staffed. They often rely on agency help but this is not consistent. It takes a while to get staff trained and they are often gone before that happens. This is especially true on the weekends. I know the facility is aware of this and are trying to get a better staff. Some staff members are excellent but they are moved around the facility a lot.
