I'm very happy with Story Point. They seem to be a lot more involved with my mom. It's very nice, clean and very well organized. They seem to have a lot more help than [community removed]. And the girls really seem to care about my mom, plus it was much less expensive than [community removed]. It was a good move.

The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The staff appears nice although I ve had limited interaction with staff it has been positive. I don't believe that some of the services they provide were explained as clearly as they could have been. The services required such as prescriptions through Guardian's pharmacy, were not explained as clearly as they could have been. The fact that you would have to pay [Amount Removed] a month if you don't use Guardian was not explained, nor was the fact that you pay[Amount Removed] dollars a month for the service fee. Your prescription cost is going to be more a month because they only get prescriptions for 28 days and not 90 days which is more cost effective.

I would recommend, I would just add that it's a friendly and welcoming environment, with good care. [name removed]the sales rep was great to work with. The small size, 48 residents and 1 floor layout, country setting, were big factors in my parents choosing this location.

My husband and I have been looking for assisted living facilities for his mom, who is 88 and needs some additional help. We almost did not go to StoryPoint-Canton, because we had visited a lot of locations, but we pushed through and we are glad we did.
We (Mom included) ended up choosing this community and so far Mom is very happy and doing well. We have visited many times and so have some of Mom's friends and everyone has been pleased. We are always greeted pleasantly.
The facility was very clean and all the staff are very friendly, attentive and listen to questions. I ask ALOT of questions and had no problem getting answers. We have had no concerns contacting staff members when needed. During the week there are multiple activities throughout the day, the weekend is a little less active, but there are still things going on. The meals are very good. We spoke with other residents and they had nothing but positive comments.
We are so glad to have found StoryPoint-Canton!
