Overall great care!!
I have been very pleased with the caregivers from this company and how well they tend to my mothers needs. They are on time and are always so friendly when they arrive for her appointment. I do think that they could improve on there cleaning that they do at her house. I wish a schedule would be done and notes could be left on what they have completed so the other caregivers can come in and see what has been done. It would also be a huge help to me and my family. Other than that I am very happy with everything and would defiantly recommend there services.

Terrible communication by staff!
My loved one did not have a favorable experience with Stellar Senior Care. On multiple occasions, the staff failed to come in on scheduled dates, they were unorganized, and they failed to call me and keep me informed. Though the staff did seem to want to work with us initially, they failed to follow through with their actions.

Absolutely outstanding!! I am so happy I went with Stellar Senior Care of Austin for my parents. They deliver wonderful care, and do not miss any details. My parents are very happy with the care/help they receive, and everyone is very nice.

Fantastic Care
They are doing a great job we are really happy with our choice. The hardest part has just been adjusting to the staff coming in and helping out but my father in law is getting there it will take some time but hes a nice guy so he's pretty easy to get along with.The care that they give is fantastic I know there is no way that we could have done this with them they have been nothing but helpful to us. I would recommend them they are doing a good job.

They have been great.
They have been great. There haven't really been any issues with people not showing up, and when someone has called out sick, and they can't find a replacement, the owner has come himself. There haven't been any real concerns, and they are able to keep pretty consistent caregivers, so it's not always someone different.

Unreliable
As my mother smokes they had a difficult time finding a caretaker for her. Whenthey did the, caretaker became ill and missed over a week of service.
My Mom could not handle such unreliable service so she cancelled their service
