Warm family feel - great care for loved ones
5 across the board for Springpoint Living at Manalapan. My Mom loved it there. We will definitely have her stay there for respite again and would consider it for long term care. My loved one is currently a resident at Springpoint Living at Manalapan and this facility is great! It's a very nice facility. The place is fairly new and it's affordable. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Excellent Care and Beautiful Facility
My aunt was a resident at Springpoint Living at Manalapan. Before moving, she lived alone for the last 35 yrs of her life and was at a point where she could not safely stay at home anymore. Both my aunt and the rest of our family were nervous about the move. However, our worries went away fast. The facility and apartments are beautiful and up to date, and the staff was first class. They genuinely care about each resident that is living there.
She was there for about six months before her body started to fail, and she passed away. We were able to have hospice care at the facility in her apartment, and the staff was very attentive to her needs. In her last few weeks, we were there every day all day.
I'm grateful to Springpoint's staff for the quality of care and attention they gave her, and I recommend them to any family who finds themselves looking for an assistive living home for their loved one.

Awesome Experience
My Aunt is in the memory care section of SpringPoint of Manalapan. The facility is super clean and the entire staff is friendly, caring and eager to help in any way they can. As a family, we are very happy with everything and everyone who plays a role in my Aunt’s care. I especially want to highlight [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] . Those two woman always go above and beyond and my Aunt enjoys her time there. I would highly recommend this particular location.

Great promises unfulfilled
They say everything you want to hear so they get your commitment. When your working with real people and families you need to have a heart. Beyond disappointed with false promises. Be careful. We are real people with hearts and you more than failed us when we were already sooo vulnerable.

Brand New building and already going downhill. They will promise you the world to get you to move in and it's all lies. Poor communication from staff to residents and families. Very disappointed so far.
