After a few months with Spring Village working with her, she was pushing her friend’s wheelchair during walks. She had another good year of health and happiness before her COPD took her from us. Spring Village helped with getting palliative care started, worked with hospice and since they notified me when mom was failing, I was able to be with her when she passed.
