Silvercrest Experience
When I interviewed at Silvercrest I found [name removed] to be gracious and helpful. I moved in [date removed] and I find the staff friendly and helpful, from the top on down. The girls who clean are delightful and they do a good job. Maintenance is prompt, but I have not had any problems to speak of. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in. The quality of care is excellent, the food amazing and activities are interesting at every level. There are monthly resident meetings to address issues. In my opinion the Dial corporation should have an A+ rating.

Silvercrest Experience

Our family had an in person tour with Silvercrest College View and it was a really nice facility but very large , it was close to a busy intersection and they had 3 different floors which was a negative for our loved one.

A wonderful new home for my mother
My mother and my family have all been so happy with Silvercrest. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and staffing concerns, it was been a wonderful home for her. The staff is warm, inviting and genuinely care about her happiness and well being. The facility is always clean and pleasant to walk into. They provide fun and stimulating activities for the residents and invite families to many events throughout the year. Any concerns I have are generally followed up in a timely manner. We feel very fortunate to have found a new home for Mom where she has met new friends she truly cares about. A Place for Mom was so helpful in the entire process.

I felt really good about the community. This community was a bit to far away from where I wanted my loved ones to be. They are still driving and we wanted them to be in an familiar area without the highway.

Welcoming New Home for My Mother
The community is aware, careful, and respectful the way they treat the family and residents. It is casual, and has a home feeling. We are happy with it, along with our loved one.

A good fit for our family
We have been very pleased with Silvercrest College View. We chose this facility at the time because I was trying to place two parents, one who needed assisted living and one who didn't. I liked that Silvercrest was smaller so my parents could still be in the same building and it was less overwhelming for them. The room sizes here are very spacious compared to some other places that we looked. Overall, they have been great to work with and seem to really care about their residents.

When we visited the community we were very impressed by the staff, the smiles of the residents and the cleanliness of the building. The care services in assisted living are second to none and the dining area are places I could happily enjoy a meal with friends when the time is right.
To me, a great value for the cost.

The staff is outstanding. Very caring and always willing to help. The complete staff knows your name. The food is wonderful. Always a variety to pick from and even if not on the menu they will cook something for you. Fruit, ice cream, cookies, and coffee always available. Rehab is located on site. Appointments are done on site so no worries about transportation. Cleaning is done weekly on apartments. If you need help with meds they are there no problem. Dr. on site twice a week.
My family looked at 5 places before making the decision to move my mother here. We have only praise for the staff at Silvercrest at College.

I had a tour with the community and I liked how nice the community was. They had the big size room I wanted and my dog was allowed in too but they were too expensive for me. I had to look at other options.

My father's Care
We are happy with care from this community. The staff is nice and the community is new and beautiful. I like knowing that my father is active with the other residents. I feel that this community offers great care from my father. I would recommend this community for good care and value for a loved one.

The Community Just Opened Up
My dad moved in about a month ago. It was just opening and at the time there were about 16 residents there. It is nice and everything in the community is all brand new. He is in the independent side and he is happy and loving the place.

This is a brand new facility so everything is beautiful. The staff and the residents are nice and friendly. The location of the property is perfect it's on the way home so I can stop and visit my mom. I would recommend them to anyone

Very Happy!
My mother just moved into the assisted living residence. We are so happy. The facilities are beautiful and everybody is so friendly (residents and staff). Mom is enjoying her new surroundings very much.

I had a nice visit with [Removed] at Silvercrest. The facilities are not open yet for viewing but there were pictures from the Omaha facility that had a similar set up. I was impressed with the room sizes, finally, and the price was similar to other facilities I had researched. I asked for an evaluation of my parents to see what the costs would be for individualized care for them. More later.
