I only physically traveled to one place and viewed one apartment in person with him on FaceTime --and it was what he wanted because we'd narrowed down the choices. It was also really nice because the place where he ended up, he could put down a deposit and think about it for a month, so technically, we could've gone around and looked at other places and he could've gotten his money back if he found something better. But he was quite satisfied with what we found and didn't feel like he could possibly do any better anywhere else. Regarding activities, did see that they had a nice Easter gathering for families, but also noticed the paper decorations in the courtyard were still weathering out there a month later and it took a while for that area to be mowed to a proper length. That being said, the apartment is quiet and comfortable climate wise--one drawback being that that the bathrooms lack fans to vent the humidity. No clue about care services, meals and dining, or value for the money.\n\n I will save that the staff were diligently vacuuming the hall the last time I was there, so I guess it gets done at some point!
