Our Experience
My loved one was previously a resident at Regent Villa Retirement Home and the overall experience was good. I would recommend Regent Villa Retirement Home to others. However, The water heater and the air conditioning did not work well when my loved one was a resident there.

Very fun
I went to visit Regent Villa and was happily surprised to see a very colorful fun place, I really enjoyed the card and billiard room. The staff there are very nice, caring and respectful. I also enjoy the patio in the center of the building.

A Place That Feels Like Home!
Regent Villa is a place that truly feels like home to all the residents! Their staff is welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating, and they always have a smile to greet my dad. Seth, Jeni, and the rest of the staff care about every member of the Regent Villa family and are dedicated to their individual needs. My dad enjoys the company of his friends, the activities, the food, and the general positive ambiance at Regent Villa. We are so grateful for Regent Villa and would highly recommend. Thank you!

A Good Place For Mom
So far so good. The staff are really great. They're very nice, and they stay in touch with me and are on top of things. My loved one likes it there. At first she liked the food, but it has changed over time due to Covid challenges. It's a good place overall and a good value.

Compassionate and caring staff
We chose Regent Villa because it was more affordable, it was local to where my father lived so he was in familiar surroundings, and the value for the money. The room sizes are decent, they do a good job of splitting the rooms if it is for 2 people. If it is just for one person it has plenty of space. Even though they are very busy, I found the staff to be compassionate, supportive, and understanding. Overall I would recommend them to other families looking.

Always Helpful, Always caring
My brother is a client living at Regent Villa. He has been there a number of years, well over eight, leaving the southeast for the sunny, moderate climate of California. He has really enjoyed living there. However, it makes it hard to visit him since I live some 2500 miles away. I have been able to visit every two or three years. The staff has always accommodated my needs, realizing how hard it is for me to travel and how rare my visits are. Over time, I have seen the facility itself become more and more clean and cheerful getting fresh paint, new carpet, and the like.
My brother has made close friends from among the other resident clients. He has a life there. He did not have much of a life in the southeast.
I have witnessed a caring staff. Most importantly for my situation and peace of mind, I know that my brother is getting his prescribed medication properly. This is absolutely vital for my brother's mental health.
You can trust your loved one to Regent Villa Retirement Home.

Respectful & Attentive
The facility & Staff are very attentive and respectful. They all display a friendly and caring attidude. The care given during the COVID crises was over the top and as a result kept everyone safe. We felt our family was always in good hands.

Wonderful place for my Mom
My mother has lived at Regent Villa for 7 years. She is happy and well cared for. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. They have recently remodeled the building and it looks great! I encourage everyone to check it out!

Very disappointed: dirty location: watched food service worker set up for lunch. Was told he had worked there over 20yrs but made a huge food service error. He stuck his fingers into each glass of water as he picked them up from the top instead of from the base of the glass. No gloves as he placed each glass of water onto the table.

A Great Place For Your Loved One
I placed my mother at this facility over a year ago and this is the best place I have found. My mother is a very difficult resident due to having dementia along with other medical problems, and the staff here have so much patience with her. They keep the residents clean, the food is great and they have daily activities for them. The staff will help you any way they can. I was having a problem with payment for my mother and they worked with me until the problem was resolved. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a nice place for their loved one that they aren't able to care for at home.

Dad Doesn't Require Much
I would say this community is a perfect fit for my father. The community is decent for the most part. It is pretty well-kept, but the general area could be cleaner.The staff is great, they are caring for him very well. There isn't any activities offered, which is disappointing. I wish there more involvement with the residents. The food is good, he enjoys the meals. He doesn't require much or ask for much. He smokes, so the smell of the community doesn't bother him, but it does smell like cigarettes.

Hi, While I welcome all reviews, I am unsure as to why the fact that we take SSI clients alone warrants one star. We have a beautiful building. There are not many buildings out there for low income clients and we do a greatt job services that clientele.
