I have a nice little studio on the 55Plus level, which is just like living in an ordinary apartment. I do not pay for dining or housekeeping. I buy my own food at Grove Market and use my own vacuum and cleaning supplies. So I do not know first hand what all this bad publicity is about. I do know that the staff is friendly and hardworking and the activities are varied and enjoyable. A hood and power vent would be good in kitchen along with oven. We are using a toaster oven. In bathroom shower only with no vent is a concern for mold. Otherwise it's a nice place in a great location.
