I see that the basics are now well managed: rooms are cleaned, staff responds to calls, medications are given properly, the food is good, residents are known and valued as individuals.\nBut, as importantly, I have seen that staff at Oxford is acting like a team - they smile, they care, they engage with the residents, they respond to my concerns (quickly). \nI recently wrote to the administrator giving many specific examples of the care and kindness that has been shown to my Mom and to myself by her and her team.
