The staff is very attentive and friendly. They are well trained in dealing with Alzheimer's behaviors. The housekeeping was great and always responsive to unscheduled needs. Excellent communication with the family. The Director is personally involved in day-to-day operations and sets a positive tone for everyone. The food was excellent, and menu was adjusted to individual needs. The activities staff was amazing and always put a smile on my wife's face. Well run facility.

Initially, it appeared to be a very well maintained place. The administrator was very friendly and caring. However, I must say, that things did change. I cannot recommend it at this time, because I don't know anything about the current administration. I would suggest that any potential clients do their due diligence, and research the background of the administration, before placing their loved one there.

Grandma found her home! It feels so homey and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, showing they truly care about the elderly. I am so excited that my grandma will soon be living within this community.

AMAZING!
Touring Madison at Oviedo, I instantly felt like I was at home. It is a smaller facility which I loved. All the people living there looked so happy and were active. You do not always see this if you have been to a few of these. The staff said hello as you walked around. The lady we met with Becca was very friendly and helpful.

AMAZING
Easiest decision to make! Walking into Madison at Oviedo, we knew grandmother needed to be here. The residents are happy and welcoming, the staff is welcoming and helpful, and the building is in great condition.

Madison at Oviedo really cares.
I was very happy with Madison at Oviedo. The staff was amazing, plenty of activities, awesome food. The staff was truly wonderful. My mom didn't want to go in the beginning but the staff were go great getting her on a schedule and encouraging her to make friends and participate in activities. For the memory care area, they had activities such as; Bingo, music therapy, sing alongs, dancing areas and crafts.

Don't put your loved one here
The place is terrible. My loved one loves the food. They need to improve on communication, and the overall care of the residents. It's not clean, and they are often short staffed.

Going above and beyond all expectations
Wow! Where do I even begin with The Madison at Oviedo? What an absolutely incredible team of people they have here from the administrative team managing all the contracts and initial communication to the nursing team, the aides, housekeeping staff!!!
From the moment we decided to bring my father from Dallas until his passing, the entire team went above and beyond! Even when major shifts in his care plan came the day before he became a resident there was never a moments hesitation that they could handle him.
When his care needs began to exceed their highest level of care in stepped Vitas Hospice, as recommended by The Madison team.
We couldn’t be happier with everything the Madison at Oviedo did for my father or what they did to help us take care of him!
In addition to what they did for us, every time we visited, all the residents were very happy, enjoying the daily activities, and loved having visitors.

Great Activities
The community is pretty good. The residents and staff seem friendly. I'm concerned when the resident pushed the call button and it take a long time for the caregivers to check on the residents.
Some of the activities include bingo, exercise classes, games, entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.

I had to find a facility quick and I checked out a few places, Madison at Ovidedo was a convenient location and got great reviews. All of the people I spoke with were very nice and I thought this would be the best fit and so far I have been very happy with it. The room sizes here are plenty adequate for what she needs. They are more than willing to help you and I would absolutely recommend.

We were very impressed with how clean the community was. The staff were all very gracious and nice. At one point we had mentioned to the staff that if they could make sure my father was eating and keep a log of his activities and we wanted to make sure he was not sleeping in too long. At that point, they assured me they were doing everything we requested, however we were never shown any evidence of this. It was pretty expensive for the short amount of time my father was there. Considering the care they were providing, however, it seemed like it was worth the price. We were also impressed with the chef they had on hand.
