From her transition to Assisted Living to now, we have seen the exceptional service provided by not only yourself, but every staff member we have encountered.
This kind of service is routine on a daily basis, but what we saw over the last two weeks during Hurricane Helena and Hurricane Milton, has been extraordinary.
To say that the staff of LSS "kicked it up a notch" to sacrificially serve their residents during a time of intense stress is an understatement.
Thank you for the limitless hours you gave to residents to assure them and their families they would have all they need in these storms.

moved in here August 2019, at first it was great when it was Brookdale, then it was sold 1/2020..since then quality has taken a huge dive. The food quality and selection is poor, the new “chef” needs to go.. some selections are just even worse than poor in temperature and taste. But one thing that is prevalent: EXCUSES.
The cleaning services are poor, huge turnover in staff due mostly to low pay is what employees say ; do not expect a thorough cleaning. in 4 years, deep cleaning has not been done, so this service has not been fulfilled as promised.Weekly cleaning is not what you may expect.
The dept managers do not like complainers, you’ll get a label so new people are afraid to say anything.
windows in condos leak with rain, yet we are told no glass available to replace the older windows. Luckily ours were replaced prior to move in.
Lots of Mold, asked for our pipes to be cleaned, packed with mold which had been making me sick…filters were black. lots of mold in staircases.

Lake Seminole Square is an absolutely beautiful facility that is right on the lake. For my loved one it was just too big and we did not think it would serve his needs or give the personalized care that he needed.

My parents lived at Lake Seminole Square and loved the community. The people are so friendly and the amenities are five star!!!
I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an all inclusive, five star resort style of living.

Comfort and peace of mind
My mom has a beautiful apartment. The food is great. My mom loves the lake. The staff really is great with her dogs. The staff is so helpful. It is a great value. They have great communication with me. We have been very pleased at Lake Seminole Square.

Best Facility in Pinellas
My parents moved into Lake Seminole Square into the Independent Living section in 2003. There is no better place for someone who is into their golden years. Both of my parents eventually went into the Assisted Living area before they passed and I can't say enough about the loving, compassionate care they received during their last months of life. My Mother passed in December of last year and ALL the staff in ALF without exception were absolutely the best. The Executive staff were always accessible and met any needs that we had for both of my parents. It allowed us to be able to sleep at night knowing she was being so well cared for and her needs were being met. I would highly recommend Lake Seminole Square.

For the Most Part All is Well
We love this community. My aunt and uncle started here as a trail base experience. They enjoyed it so much that they started to move on a month to month lease. They are pleased with everything for the most part. The meals are good. They have nice outings outside the community. They do a good job with the cleanliness. My aunts only issue has been with her medication. She would like more feedback about when they change it, or why she is taking it. The staff is caring they are taking good care of them. I do feel they are in a good community, and I would recommend it.

Nice place for those with lower care needs
My loved ones were at this community for a time, before a change in care needs necessitated a move. This is a very nice community for independent living, or for those who only need a small amount of assistance. It's a beautiful place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, once my parents started needing more help we had to start contracting with an outside service the facility uses for those with higher care needs, which ended up being very expensive. We eventually decided to move them somewhere more focused on assisted living, and closer to family.
