The executive director kept in contact with me, even late at night, to keep me informed about anything that may have happened: falls, eating habits, bathroom accidents, medication needs, she was also kind of a liason for the visiting doctor and helped keep me in the loop about medical needs. My experience with LakeHouse was short, but I am glad I found them and they could help my dad feel welcome in a great time of need.
