Our garbage is picked up by the handyman, usually weekly.\nIf you want meals 3 times in the independent living quarters it will cost you an extra $[removed] per month.\nIf you want them to do your laundry, it's an addition $[removed]a month. (My Daughter-in-law does mine)\nThe people in the other units mind their own business, but are friendly if you meet them outside.\nThe only down fall I've found since I've been here is, if we have a loss of electric, we do get any assistance from the generator they for the main building.\n Pets are allowed. When I signed my contract I had to pay $[removed], a one time fee to bring my pet with me.
